图书馆文献资源建设中“合理使用”问题探析

摘　　要：合理使用制度是著作权法中一个非常重要的制度,探析"合理使用"在图书馆馆藏资源数字化、自建数据库、数字资源下载、文献传递资源建设及网络资源链接等方式下的适用范围,澄清模糊认识,提高文献信息资源保障率,实现信息资源的普遍共享。Fair use is a very important system of copyright,this paper analyzed＂fair use＂of resources in the library collection digitization,self-built databases,digital resources downloads,document delivery resources building and network resources linking,etc.to expand sources of information resources,enhance the safeguard rate of literature information resource,realize information resource universal sharing.
