摘  要:利用原位沉积法所制备的隔热纸具有十分优良的强度性能及隔热性能。通过扫描电子显微镜-能谱(SEM-EDAX)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的分析表明,硅酸铝在纤维细胞腔中有较高的沉积率。Taking the advantage of in-situ deposition can generate the target product in the lumen of the fibers,and the heat insulation paper was manufactured by in-situ deposition of aluminium silicate in fiber lumen,which can simply solve the problem of low strength of the paper caused by using inorganic heat insulation fiber as raw material. Studies showed that aluminium silicate in the fiber lumen has a higher deposition rate,strength properties and heat insulation properties of the heat insulation paper are excellent. Combining with SEM-EDAX,FT-IR,XPS,XRD analysis it can concluded that preparation of heat insulation paper based on lumen in-situ deposition of aluminium silicate is feasible.
