基于城乡统筹背景的重庆农村女干部培养研究

摘　　要：目前重庆妇女劳动者占农村总劳动力比重的65%以上,已成为新农村建设的重要依靠力量。而农村女干部是其中最有代表性的、最具有积极性的、最可以依靠和发展的力量。在重庆农村女干部培养中还存在着很多问题,主要表现为:相关政策的缺乏、"男主外、女主内"观念的束缚、现实生活的"双重压力"所带来的发展障碍、缺乏自我职业生涯规划等,对此提出制定有针对性的农村女干部选拔制度、开展各种丰富而活泼的活动,帮助妇女解脱思想观念束缚、建立良好的社会保障机制,解决女干部的"双重压力"问题、建立自我职业生涯规划等建议。At present, the rural women labor forces accounted for over 65% percent out of those total labor forces in Chongqing, and they became the most important power in the new rural construction. Rural female cadres were one of the most representatives and positive power in the women labor forces. There were still many problems in training of rural women cadres in Chongqing, such as： lack of relative policy, fettered by traditional concept, development barrier of the real life, and lack of planning of self-occupation career, etc. Thus, some suggestions were put forward. They were as follows： work out system for rural women cadres selecting, develop all kinds of activities, help them to get rid of traditional concept, built up good social guarantee system, solve the double pressure, and set up the planning for self-occupation career, etc.
