摘 要:目的:研究朝医方二门五味汤对CCl_4引起小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用CCl_4制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察二门五味汤对血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响。结果:二门五味汤明显降低因CCl_4导致中毒小鼠血清中ALT、AST的活力;降低肝组织中MDA含量,提高SOD含量;提高GSH和T-AOC的含量。结论:本研究证实朝医方二门五味汤对药物CCl_4所致的急性肝损伤有保护作用。其机制可能与清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化有关;并能增强机体抗氧化的能力。Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Korean herbal remedy Ermenwuwei - tang against carbon tetrachloride induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods: The acute hepatic injury models were prepared by the subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride in mice. The activities of ALT and AST in the serum, the concentrations of MDA and GSH, the activities of SOD and T - AOC in the liver cell were investigated by colorimetrie method. Results: Ermenwuwei - tang significantly descreased the levels of ALT and AST in the serum and the content of MDA, but improved the content of GSH, the activities of SOD and T - AOC in the liver. Conclusion: It is revealed that the Korean herbal remedy Ermenwuwei - tang can prevent the acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice through its antioxidation.
