红花黄色素对高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者hsCRP、Hcy、NT-proBNP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨红花黄色素(SY)对高龄不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法将76例高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组加用SY静滴,连续用药14 d。观察两组治疗前后血清hsCRP、Hcy、NT-proB-NP水平变化。结果两组血清hsCRP、Hcy、NT-proBNP水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组各指标较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论SY通过抑制炎性反应机制,可以辅助治疗UAP,进而改善患者心功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of Safflow Yellow（SY） on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hsCRP）,homocysteine（Hcy） and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP） in eldly patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods A total of 76 patients with UAP were divided into control group（conventional therapy） and treatment group（conventional therapy plus SY）.Patients in control group were given basic treatment.The treatment group patients were given SY injection on the basis of conventional therapy for 14 days.The serum hsCRP and Hcy and NT-proBNP in two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum levels of hsCRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP in both two groups decreased significantly（P0.05）.Compared with control group,the serum levels of hsCRP,Hcy and NT-proBNP decreased significantly in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions SY can be used for adjuvant therapy for eldly patients with UAP by inhibiting the inflammatory response and then improve cardiac function.
