摘  要:目的测量不同种属的坐骨神经解剖结构差异,为粗大神经的化学去细胞工艺提供解剖学方面的参考。方法取正常新鲜人、猪、犬、大鼠坐骨神经,每段长10 mm,剔除外膜结缔组织。HE染色后测量神经束膜厚度;Laminin免疫组化后根据神经束标注颜色的像素求得神经束内截面积占神经截面积百分比。结果人、犬、猪、大鼠坐骨神经束膜厚度(F=7.48,P<0.05)和神经束内截面积占神经截面积百分比(F=8.10,P<0.05)均有统计学差异。结论不同种属坐骨神经的解剖结构数据存在显著差异,对去细胞神经的处理具有指导意义。Objective To measure anatomic structure of sciatic nerves got from different species,which would provide the techniques for the larger chemically extracted acellular nerve allografts(CEANA).Methods The sciatic nerves of humans,swines,dogs and rats were exposed by a muscle-splitting incision and were isolated free of the underlying fascia.The 10-mm-long segments of the nerve were made.The ratioes of nerve fibers from the whole nerve tract were calculated by the pixel value of the colors standing for neural fibers or tracts.The thicknesses of the epineuriums and perineuriums were measured by measurement softwares.Results The differences on both the thicknesses of the perineuriums(F=7.48,P0.05) and the ratios of nerve fibers in nerve tract(F=8.10,P0.05) of the hominal,porcine,canine and rattish sciatic nerves were statistical different.Conclusion There are structural difference among the different species' sciatic nerves,which make sense for the treatment of CEANA.
