摘  要:介绍了耐水增强KMnO4氧化淀粉胶粘剂的制备工艺,着重研究了增强剂和耐水剂对KMnO4氧化淀粉胶性能的影响。通过添加不同量的增强剂P,H,R和耐水剂进行条件实验。结果表明,当复合增强剂组分P,H,R比例为4∶1∶2,其用量为14%,耐水剂的用量为12%时,制备的耐水增强KMnO4氧化淀粉胶粘剂各项性能超过了未改性KMnO4氧化胶粘剂,耐水时间达到了3 d,是一种耐水增强型的氧化淀粉胶粘剂。The preparation technology of water resistant enhanced KMnO4 oxidized starch adhesive was introduced,and our research focused on the effect of reinforcing agent and water-proof agent on the performance of KMnO4 oxidized starch adhesive.Conditional experiment was done by adding different quantity of reinforcing agent P,H and R as well as water-proof agent.The results show that when the ratio of components P,H and R in the compound reinforcing agent is 4∶1∶2,and its quantity is 14% and the quantity of water-proof agent is 12%,the performance of oxidized starch adhesive exceeds that of the KMnO4 oxidized adhesive without modification,and the water-proof time reaches three days.It is a kind of water resistant enhanced oxidized starch adhesive.
