导入ISO10015标准的健身培训质量管理体系研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和专家访谈等方法,对我国目前健身培训的质量管理现状进行了调查。分析在我国健身培训企业导入ISO10015国际标准的可行性,研究ISO10015国际标准对完善健身培训质量管理体系的作用,给出导入该标准的原则与实施方法。In view of the quality management problem which existed in our country＇ s fitness instructor training, and through questionnaires, expert interviews and other methods, it researched into the quality management status of the fitness instructor training. On this basis, it analyzed the feasibility of importing the ISO10015 international standards into the fitness instructor training company, and studied the function of ISO10015 and gave the principle and implementation method of the importing.
