摘　　要：基于综合电子信息系统尚未实现自主可控,原因是采用微软软件结构和非开源的组件,对底层细节缺乏全面掌控,存在极大安全隐患。该文根据可信计算技术发展水平,提出了以可信计算架构为基础建设综合电子信息系统,提高系统的安全性和可靠性的设想。Currently Electronic Information System （EIS） is not yet self-control and independent. It is based on Microsoft software architecture and non open source, which presents great hidden security trouble due to lack of control of bottom details. Considering the development of trusted computing technology and our hardware and software level, this paper proposes that EIS could be constructed based on trusted computing infrastructure in order to increase its security and reliability.
