摘　　要：随着经济全球化和网络信息时代的到来,产业集群在国内外区域经济发展实践中,已经被证明对经济发展起重要推动力的战略模式,吉林省资源型城市培育产业集群刚刚处于起步阶段,由于面临着许多的障碍,导致吉林省产业集群效应较低,要解决这些问题必须遵循产业集群的选择培养以"内生"为主,"外生"为辅的模式,转变观念,抓住机遇,增强联系,推进吉林省产业集群的形成与升级。With the advent of economic globalization and the information age,the strategic model of industry clusters has been proven to play an im-portant impetus for economic development in the practice of regional economic development at home and abroad.Jilin resource-based cities fostering industrial clusters were just in its infancy,facing many obstacles,which resulted in a lower effect of industrial clusters in Jilin Province.To solve these problems must follow the collective industrial clusters and select the appropriate training mode of endogenous-based,and grasp the opportunities to promote the formation and upgrade of industrial clusters in Jilin Province.
