摘　　要：现代排球比赛不仅要求运动员有良好的技战术水平,还要有良好的体能和较高的"无形技术"的支持。通过对排球无形技术特点的分析,阐述了运动员的综合素质的分类和对排球技战术发挥的影响,提出了提高"无形技术"的途径与方法。Modern Volleyball requires not only good technical and tactical levels for players,but also has good physical strength and higher ＂intangible technology＂ support.With the analysis of volleyball intangible technical characteristics,it described the overall quality of the classification of players and played on the volleyball skills and tactics,and proposed to improve the ＂intangible technology＂ means and methods.
