摘　　要：集权制度文化在制度变迁后以观念形态传承下来,至今有深远影响。在社会主义政治文化建设中,既要剔除集权制度文化的消极成分,同时要注重开发利用其整体为上理念、统筹兼顾功能和公平效率优势等现代价值。The culture of centralized institution got passed down in form of conception after institutional changes,and it has thusfar been quite influencial.Therefore,in the building of socialistic political culture,it is required that the adverse factors in the culture of centralized institution be wiped out,and that importance be attached to its merits such as worship of unity,thd function of overall consideration and the superiority of equity and efficiency.
