摘　　要：城乡统筹背景下,作为落实科学发展观的重要举措,浙江省以规划体系创新积极开拓集约和创新发展思路,在全省范围展开县(市)域总体规划的编制工作。该文结合规划编制实践,总结了县(市)域总体规划编制的技术、方法和内容等方面的有益探索,以期对探索和完善新的规划类型以及实现"规划一张图,城乡全覆盖"有所贡献价值。Under the environment of our country implementing urban-rural integration and scientif ic development policy , as a way of innovating planning system, Zhejiang province carry on the editing of county master plannin in whole province to expand the way of intensive development. This passage summarised the technology, method and content from formulation practice of Cangnan county master planning , and hope have some useful suggestions to perfect the planning system in our country.
