地域文化导向的遗址周边地区规划与建筑设计研究——以武汉佳海服装工业城为例

摘　　要：随着中国大规模城市建设时代的来临,大量历史遗产面临城市建设活动的破坏。大遗址作为一类特殊的文化遗产,记录着较为完整的历史信息,也是重要的城市文化景观。在城市快速扩展的时代背景下,遗址保护区周边的建设活动对遗址保护区的场所完整性与地区风貌有着显著影响。作为城市建设活动重要组成部分的工业建筑,因其特殊的功能要求和工业化时代的特性,具有高度的程式化和不随意性。工业建筑该如何与历史遗址和谐共存,并更好地发挥遗址的文化价值,是一个值得关注的课题。该文以武汉佳海服装工业城的设计为例,探讨一种以地域文化为导向的设计途径,以此达到对历史场所的尊重。Along with Chinese urbanization advancement, historical legacy is facing the destroy of urban construction. As a special kind of historical legacy, large historic Site is important city cultural landscape. Nowadays, the construction nearby historic Site would impact on the site integrity and the region view. On the other hand, Industrial architecture has the industrialization characteristic and must fulfi ll special function. How to balance the Industrial architecture and historic Site is an important problem. This paper takes the Wuhan JiaHai clothing industrial town design as an example, discusses a kind design way that takes the region culture as the guidance.
