摘　　要：开发权转让概念的提出已经超过50年,但至今国内对开发权转让概念认识、译法尚未统一,容积率转移、发展权流转、空权转移等概念同时存在,对实施范围的设定标准也不尽相同。该文通过对开发权转让与相关概念译法与内涵的辨析,进一步界定了开发权转让概念内涵,具有体系化、开放式、双导向特征,以期在实际开发管理中发挥更大的导控作用。The conception of TDR has been used for more than 50 years,but so far there is still no common awareness of the connotation,some other similar concepts existing,like Floor Area Ratio Transfer,Density Transfer,and Air Right Transfer,etc;however their implementation scopes of standard-setting are so variable.The paper defines the connotation of TDR further through discussing the translation and meaning between TD Rditsre lated concepts,to play a big role in the planning development management.
