摘　　要：该文以上海市滇池大楼为例,分析其存在的问题,并进行价值评估,探索保护和再利用的方法。该文旨在以典型个例的研究,反映共性问题,为大量"非文物类"历史建筑在当代城市生活中的生命存续和价值新生寻求可行之道。The thesis takes the Dianchi building in Shanghai for example to reveal the existing problems and evaluate its value,and to explore the solutions to the conservation and reuse of the building. It attempts to reflect the common problem with the typical example of this building,and seek the sensible strategy of surviving and regeneration in contemporary city life for a great quantity of the non-culturalrelic historical buildings.
