摘　　要：产业类历史地段的更新改造,是目前城市更新中的热点问题。结合郑州市国棉三厂厂区的更新设计,提出"混合共生"的理念。同时立足平民视角,将三厂厂区的更新改造与城市公共空间、公共生活相结合。通过具体的功能设置和节点设计,展现并承载城市特有的地域文化与市民生活。The renovation of historic industrial site is a hot spot in urban renewal issues currently. Combined with the renewal design of the No.3 cotton textile factory in Zhengzhou, we propose the concept of ＂mixed and symbiotic ＂. At the same time we combine the renewal design of the No.3 cotton textile factory with urban public space and public life based on the civilian perspective. Finally we display and carry the unique local culture and urban life of the people through specific function setup and node design.
