在旧城更新中引入城市策划的规划探索——以济南“北湖地区”城市设计为例

摘　　要：旧城更新规划的价值取向对城市发展会产生巨大的影响。在旧城更新规划中引入城市策划有利于平衡多方利益,促进更新地块局部与城市整体的融合;有利于处理近期与远期关系,加快旧城更新的进程;有利于提升城市竞争力,促进城市可持续发展;有利于提高规划成果的科学性和可实施性。该文结合济南北湖地区旧城更新规划实践,探讨了该类项目引入城市策划的规划新思路。The value orientation of old urban renewal planning can have the huge influence to the urban development. To introduce the urban devising into the urban renewal planning can make advantageous to the benefit balanced in many ways, promoting the renewal land parcel partial and urban whole fusion; it is advantageous in processing the relations of forward and near future, speeds up the old urban renewal; it is advantageous in promoting the urban competition and sustainable development; it is advantageous in enhancing planning achievement and implement. This article unifies the old urban renewal planning practice of North Lake Area in Jinan, discussing the new planning thought of introduction urban devising into this kind of project.
