摘　　要：资源节约型和环境友好型社会的建设要求,为湘潭市的综合交通体系规划研究带来了契机。以湘潭市城市综合交通体系规划实践为例,分析了湘潭市现状交通存在的问题,提出"枢纽为核,通道为骨,整合与控制并举"的综合交通发展战略,通过对外交通设施、中心城区道路网、公共交通专项、中心城区静态交通等各子系统的整合与控制,形成包括枢纽、通道、物流园区、骨干道路网络构成的城市骨架、城市功能布局与用地开发之间的一个互动过程,奠定了建设"两型社会"的生态格局,提高了资源有效配置,构筑高效畅达的、绿色一体化交通体系。The construction requirements on resource-saving and environment-friendly society bring an opportunity for researching the integrated transport system in Xiangtan.In this paper,we analyzed the current traffic problems in Xiangtan according to the past comprehensive transportation system planning,and then proposed a comprehensive transport development strategy,which hub is the core,channel is the framework,and integration and control carry out simultaneously.Through integrating and controlling for each subsystem on external transport facilities,road network in central city,public transport special,and static traffic in central city,etc,the city skeleton including the hub,access,logistics park and the core road network,and an interactive process between the layout of urban functions and land development are formed.The proposed strategy has established an ecological pattern of constructing resourcesaving and environment-friendly society,furthermore improved the effective allocation of resources and built an accessible,efficient and green integrated transport system.
