摘 要:城市水系是城市空间的重要组成部分,对城市防洪除涝及水生态环境有重要影响,随着长株潭城市化进程加快,湘潭段城市水系存在着污染日趋严重、地下水位下降和污染及水环境承载能力下降等突出问题。针对这些问题,根据城市水系基本生态特征功能和水系发展要求,按照整体性、系统化及连续性保护原则,采取水功能分区和水系分级保护措施对湘潭段城市水系实施规划保护,力图营造亲水城市。The city water system is important part of urban space,which has a major impact for city flood,waterlogging control and water environment.With the Chang-Zhu-Tan urbanization fast development,the problems of the city water pollution,groundwater level drawdown and pollution,and carrying capacity of water environment decreasing in Xiangtan section become outstanding.To solve these problems,according to the basic ecological characteristics and development requirements of the city water system,and holistic,systematic and continuous protection principles,we implement the planning and protection for the city water system of Xiangtan section with methods of applying water functional division and water conservation measures on classification in Xiangtan section,then try to create a hydrophilic city.
