摘　　要：[目的]探讨减轻奥沙利铂化疗所致毒性反应的护理措施。[方法]化疗前向病人进行相关知识的宣教,采取预防奥沙利铂所致毒性反应有效的护理措施,化疗期间密切观察,及时处理各种毒性反应。[结果]46例病人经治疗后毒性反应较轻,未发生Ⅳ度毒性反应,Ⅲ度以下毒性反应经治疗后1周内恢复正常。[结论]在用奥沙利铂治疗期间,通过采取有效的护理措施,能极大地减轻其毒性反应的发生,有利于提高病人的生存质量。To probe into nursing measures for decreasing the Oxaliplatin chemotherapy induced toxic reactions.Methods：Relevant knowledge was educated for patients before chemotherapy.Effective nursing measures were taken to prevent toxic reactions induced by Oxaliplatin chemotherapy.All cases were observed closely during chemotherapy.Various toxic reactions of patients were treated in time.Results：All 46 patients were with mild toxic reactions after treatment.None was with Ⅳ degree toxic reaction.Some patients were with Ⅲ degree or less toxic reactions but returned to normal within 1 week after treatment.Conclusion：To take effective nursing measures during Oxaliplatin chemotherapy for patients can significantly decrease their toxic reactions and enhance the quality of life of patients.
