摘　　要：[目的]了解急诊科不同层次护士手术前洗手合格率情况,提出预防对策。[方法]分析我院急诊科2008年1月—2009年10月本院护士、进修护士和实习护士的手术前洗手后细菌培养资料。[结果]手术前洗手合格率本院护士98%、进修护士88%、实习护士96%。[结论]不同层次护士对手术前规范洗手仍缺乏足够认识。加强急诊科护士手术前洗手管理,提高急诊科护士的无菌观念是预防和控制医院感染的重要环节。To know the status quo of preoperative hand-washing qualification rate of different level nurses in emergency department,and to put forward some protective countermeasures.Methods：The data of bacterial culture of hands of employed nurses,nurses on advanced study,and student nurses after hand-washing before operation in emergency department from January 2008 to October 2009 were analyzed.Results：The qualification rate of preoperative hand-washing in employed nurses was 98%,88% in nurses on advanced study and 96% in student nurses.Conclusion：Some emergency department nurses didn＇t pay enough attention to normative preoperative hand-washing method.To strengthen management of nurses in emergency department on preoperative hand-washing and to enhance their aseptic concept are very important links for preventing and controlling nosocomial infections.
