摘　　要：本文论述了苎麻生物酶脱胶的工艺路线和技术特点,通过对比酶脱胶与常规化学脱胶的产品质量和综合经济效益,指出酶脱胶生产的精干麻质量好,可纺性能优良,制成率高,节能减排效果显著;同时还提出了加强生物酶脱胶工艺质量稳定性的改进措施。The process route and technical features of ramie bio-enzyme degumming were introduced. Compared with general chemical degumming, the enzyme degumming had better product quality, better spinnability of degummed ramie, higher fiber yield and significant effect on energy saving and discharge reducing. Improvement measures to enhance bio-enzyme degumming stability were presented.
