洁悠神配合口腔护理治疗化疗引起口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:应用具有长效物理抗菌功能的洁悠神喷洒于口腔溃疡区域的黏膜,观察洁悠神配合口腔护理治疗化疗引起的口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将60例化疗引起的口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组在常规口腔护理后,使用洁悠神喷洒于口腔溃疡区域的黏膜,每天4次;对照组行常规口腔护理。结果:对照组治疗有效率为70%,试验组治疗有效率为93.3%,试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用洁悠神配合口腔护理,可以有效治疗化疗引起的口腔溃疡。Objective Apply JUC with the long-acting antimicrobial function to the mucous membranes of the area of oral ulcer so as to observe the clinical efficacy of JUC in cooperate with oral nursing when treating the oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy. Methods the60patients with oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy were divided into control group and treatment group randomly. For the patients in the treatment group,JUC was sprayed on the mucous membranes of the area of oral ulcer four times a day after the conventional oral nursing,while for the patients in the control group,only the conventional oral nursing was performed. Results the effective rate of the treatment of control group was70% while that of the treatment group was93.3%,so the effective rate of the treatment of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion the application of JUC together with oral nursing care can treat the oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy effectively.
