多层砖混住宅楼门斗设计的几点思考

摘　　要：针对我国北方地区普通城镇广泛使用的多层砖混住宅楼,大多数都没有设置门斗的问题,从门斗方便用户使用,提高住宅品质,防止冷风渗透,利于节能,提高住宅的保温效果,丰富立面变化等几个方面,提出了门斗设置的重要性。另外,就住宅门斗设计过程中应注意的开间进深尺寸,外门设置,采光等建筑问题,及结构设计过程中如何解决门斗的不均匀沉降问题提出了具体措施。为工程技术人员合理设计提供了参考。In view of the problem that majority of the multi-layer brick mixed residential building in northern ordinary cities and towns has not set the lintel,we advance the importance of lintel setting from some aspects,such as the lintel setting facilitates the user,improves the housing quality,prevents the cold wind seepage,favors the energy conservation,enhances the heat preservation effect and enriches elevation surface.Moreover,we also put forward concrete measures on construction problems about width and depth size in the design process,setting entrance door,natural lighting and solving the differential settlement of the lintel in structural design process,providing reference of reasonable design for engineers and technicians.
