摘　　要：针对中国煤炭回采率水平低下,煤炭资源的浪费的问题,介绍了中国煤炭回采率现状,从煤炭行业结构、监管制度等方面,分析了导致中国煤炭回采率低下的原因;从勘探、采区设计、采煤工艺、现场管理、回采率考核、提高员工素质等方面,分析并归纳出中国煤炭回采率落后的原因,并提出了应对策略。In view of the problem of low level coal extraction rate and coal resources waste,first the status of China＇s coal recovery rate is analyzed;Secondly,the reasons for low rate is analyzed from the coal industry structure and monitoring system;Finally,the reasons is analyzed from exploration,mining area design,mining technology,site management,the recovery rate of assessment,improving staff quality and so on,and countermeasures are proposed.
