摘　　要：目的:探讨肠结核的诊断及治疗,以减少肠结核的误诊、误治。方法:回顾分析近8年来86例肠结核患者的肠镜及临床资料。结果:肠结核临床表现无特异性,须结合辅助检查及纤维肠镜加活检来帮助诊断,须与克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等疾病鉴别。结论:肠结核虽然误诊率较高,但注意其疾病特点及完善检查,也不难确诊。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis so as to reduce the clinical misdiagnosis and mistherapy of the disease.Method：A retrospective analysis was performed on colonoscopic findings and clinical data of 86 cases of intestinal tuberculosis in our hospital in the past 8 years.Resuit：Clinical presentation of intestinal tuberculosis,it is necessary to take in differential diagnosis in croha’s disease,intestinal tuberculosis and so on.There were valuable for differential diagnosis in laboratory examination and fibrocolonscopy.Conclusion：It is not difficult to diagnose intestinal tuberculosis.
