珠海地区哮喘患儿常见过敏原分析

摘　　要：目的:了解珠海地区哮喘患儿的常见过敏原情况,为预防和治疗儿童哮喘提供依据。方法:应用屋尘螨、粉尘螨等25种常见过敏原对209例哮喘的患儿进行皮肤点刺过敏原检测。结果:过敏原检测阳性率为85.65%。阳性率最高依次为屋尘螨、粉尘螨和海产品类。结论:珠海地区哮喘患儿的过敏原最常见为屋尘螨。Objective：To explore the common allergens in children with asthma in Zhuhai area,and offer guide for prevention and treatment of the children with asthma.Method：Skin prick tests were performed to 209 children with asthma by twenty-five common allergens such as house dust mite and flour mite.Result：The total positive rates of allergens was 85.65%,house dust and flour mite and product in the sea were the three highest ones.Conclusion：The most common allergens in children with asthma in Zhuhai area are house dust and flour mite and product in the sea.
