摘　　要：目的:观察乳腺癌病人使用紫杉醇化疗过程中的毒副反应及总结护理经验。方法:对107例乳腺癌病人静滴紫杉醇。结果:107例乳腺癌患者产生的毒副反应经过护理取得满意效果。结论:及时准确地掌握用药时间,观察和处理过敏及毒副反应以及采取合理的护理措施会收到良好的治疗效果。Objective：To observe the toxicity effect of paclitaxel on breast cancer patients in the process of chemotherapy and sum up the experience of care.Method：Intravenous infused paclitaxel to 107 patients with breast cancer.Result：It was satisfied after nursing 107 cases of breast cancer patients who had toxicity.Conclusion：There＇s good effect with reasonable care and administration in time.
