摘 要:运用均匀设计方法研究了原油含水浓度、入口流量、转筒转速、分流比等参数对动态水力旋流器脱水性能的影响,借助均匀设计软件采用回归分析法拟合试验数据,使用优选的回归方程定量描述性能与各参数间的关系,在试验范围内预测了动态水力旋流器性能并作了验证,模型计算值与试验值吻合良好。Using uniform design method influence of some factors on de-watering performance of dynamic hydrocyclone was studied.The factors were water concentration of crude oil,flow rate of inlet,the rotation speed of rotor and the fractional flow rate.The test data were fitted by regression analysis method with mathematical model.The quantitative relations among the properties and the filler can be well described by the optimum regression equations.The performance of the dynamic hydrocyclone was predicted and verified in the test range.The calculated value approached the experimental result very well.
