摘　　要：目的:建立新型农村合作医疗补偿方案评价指标体系。方法:应用改进的德尔菲法构建新型农村合作医疗补偿方案评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评判法确定评价指标权重。结果:专家平均年龄41岁,平均从事专业时间17年。2轮咨询的回收率分别为95%和100%,权威程度平均值为0.8791,协调系数有统计学意义(P<0.05),权重系数依次为:基金使用为0.3504,受益水平0.3449,费用负担为0.3047。结论:专家的代表性较强,积极性高,权威性和协调性较好。Objective：To set up the evaluation indicator system of the reimbursement program in New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Methods：Delphi Method was used to construct the evaluation indicator system,and Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators. Results：The mean age was 43 years old and the mean working time was 17 year. The back rates of the investigations were 95% and 100% in turn. The mean of authorities was 0.879 1,and the harmonious coefficients had statistical significance （P0.05）. The weight coefficients were respectively 0.350 4 （use of fund）,0.344 9 （benefit level） ,0.304 7（expense burden）. Conclusion：The representativeness of the specialists is adequate. The enthusiasm is high. And the authority and harmony are good.
