摘　　要：目的:对我国12个省(自治区)的卫生资源配置标准进行分析,了解这些省份的配置标准,并将分析结果与湖北省卫生资源配置标准进行比较,找出差距,为制定湖北省卫生资源配置标准提供参考依据。方法:采用描述性分析方法,使用Microsoft Excel2003对卫生资源要素进行统计,并对统计结果进行对比分析。结果:湖北省的配置标准与其他省份在要素内涵、标准值等方面存在一定的差异。结论:结合湖北省实际情况及借鉴其他省份配置标准的先进之处,提出湖北省卫生资源配置标准的建议。Objective：Analysis is done on the standards of health resource allocation in 12 provinces （municipality）,which is to know the standards of these provinces. Then,the analysis results and health resource allocation in Hubei Province have been compared and the difference has been found to provide a reference for Hubei health resource allocation. Methods：Choosing descriptive analysis methods,adding up the health resource element by Microsoft Excel 2003 and comparing the results. Results：There are differences between Hubei Province and other provinces,such as the meaning and value. Conclusion：Considering the actual situation in Hubei and the advantages allocation standard of from other provinces,the advice of Hubei health resource allocation standard has been proposed.
