摘　　要：科学规范的有效管理医疗服务,逐步建立健全制约机制,是保障卫生体制改革健康发展的重要环节。文章分析了《全国医疗服务价格项目规范新增和修订项目》的内容及价格制定过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了切实可行的建议。The effective management of scientific and the standardized medical service,and the gradual establishment and perfect restriction mechanism,are the important link of ensuring the healthy development of health system reform. The article analyses the new project standard medical service prices and the content and the price of project formulation process and existing problems,and puts forward feasible suggestions.
