摘　　要：目的:了解新疆维吾尔自治区14家公立医院2004～2007年的资产及服务利用情况。方法:收集14家医院4年的相关数据,采用统计描述的方法了解不同级别医院资产及服务利用情况。结果:(1)随着医院规模的变化,在职职工数、人均人员支出、人员支出占业务支出、每职工平均业务收入、职工人均年收入基本呈逐年上升趋势;(2)平均开放床位、实际开放总床日数、病床周转次数、病床使用率在三级医院、地州医院均呈上升趋势;实际占用总床日数在各级医院均呈上升趋势;(3)固定资产总值、专业设备总值、每床位占用固定资产均呈逐年上升趋势;平均住院天数在三级医院、二级医院呈下降趋势,但在地州医院、县级医院基本呈上升趋势。结论:各级医院在人员支出方面的投入逐年加大,人力资源成本加大;在病床使用率方面,三级医院明显高于其他级别的医院,主要通过医务人员的超负荷工作来实现。另外,三级医院工作效率呈现出逐年提高、服务量增长,而级别低的医院这一状况并不明显。Objective：To understand the condition of assets and service in fourteen public hospitals from year 2004 to 2007 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods：Collecting the correlation data for 4 years in fourteen hospitals,and using the statistical description to understand the situation of assets and service in different grade hospital. Results：（1） Along with the scale of the hospital,the number of staff,per capita of expenditure,and the ratio of staff＇s expenditure,per capita of medical income and per capita of annual income are all in upward tendencies. （2） The average of open beds,the days of actual open beds,the turnover of sickbed,the availability ratio of sickbed are all in upward tendency in third level hospitals and the state hospitals. The days of occupied beds are upward in all levels hospitals. （3） The value of fixed assets and the value of special equipment are all in upward tendency year by year. The times of hospitalization are in down trend in third level and second level hospitals but in upward tendency in the state hospital and county hospital. Conclusion：The staff＇s expenditure in different levels hospitals has increased,and the cost of human resources rises year by year. On the aspect of the availability ratio of sickbed,the third level hospitals are higher than other hospitals,mainly by the overload work tasking. In addition,in three levels hospitals,the working efficiency is upward,and the amounts of service are in-creasing,but this condition is unobvious in low levels hospitals.
