X80管线钢焊接接头在含硫介质中耐蚀性的研究

摘  要:针对钢管油气输送过程中硫腐蚀严重的现象,重点讨论了硫离子体积分数以及温度对输油气钢管腐蚀性的影响,研究了采用两种不同焊丝焊接的X80管线钢焊缝的腐蚀趋势、腐蚀速率及表面腐蚀形貌,揭示了X80管线钢焊接接头耐硫腐蚀的特性及耐蚀机理。研究结果表明,随着温度的升高和体积分数的增大,采用H05MnN iMo焊丝比采用H06H1焊丝焊接的焊缝耐蚀性好。Aiming at serious sulfur corrosion during transporting oil and gas,the effect on transporting oil and gas steel pipe corrosives of sulfur concentration and temperature was discussed,and corrosion tendency,corrosion rate,surface corrosion profile were researched of X80 pipeline steel weld processed by adopting two different wires,as well as,corrosion resistance identity and corrosion mechanism of X80 grade pipeline steel welding joints were disclosured.The research results indicated that corrosion resistance of weld processed adopting H05MnNiMo wire is better than that of adopting H06H1 wire.
