摘  要:目的:探讨初级护士的临床培训的方法和效果。方法:按照护士能级匹配的原则,划分初级护士的层级并制定该层级护士核心能力的标准,培训原则。结果:初级护士考核合格率逐年提高。结论:初级护士的临床培训是提高护士临床实践能力的重要途径,是护士职业成长的基础,对促进护理安全有重要意义。Objective: To explore the clinical training methods for the primary nurses and effectiveness. Methods: In accordance with the principles of nurse ability -- level match, the primary nurse levels were divided and the levels of core competency standards for nurses and training principles were drawn up. Results: The pass rate of the primary nurse examination was increased every year. Conclusion. The primary clinical training of primary nurses is an important means of improving their ability of clinical practice, and is the basis for nurse growth, with a great significance to the promotion of nursing safety.
