摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒症血液透析(HD)者的心电图表现及特点。方法对40例HD者的心电图进行分析,并对其中32例作了心脏超声检查(DED)及血液生化检查并进行对照分析。结果 40例中有37例(92.5%)心电图异常,以左心室肥厚及ST-T改变为主,共24例(64.8%);左心房负荷过重16例(43.2%);心律失常17例(45.9%);T波高尖5例(13.5%)。结论心电图能及时观察尿毒症HD者治疗期间出现的异常改变,对指导临床治疗具有一定作用。Objective To study the ECG changes and charactersitics of the hemodialysis cases with uremia.Methods ECG of 40 hemodialysis cases with uremia were analysed,and cardiac ultrasound examination were done in 32 cases.Results 37 cases（92.5%） had ECG abnormalities,24 cases（64.8%）,the left ventricular hypertrophy and ST-T changes,16 cases（43.2%）,left atrial overload,17 cases（45.9%）,cardiac arrhythmias,5 cases（13.5%）,high-peak T wave.Conclusion ECG can appear the abnormal changes in the hemodialysis cases with uremia and it has certain clinical value.
