摘 要:目的对光照、光照强度、温度等因素对白术挥发油及其有机溶液稳定性的影响进行研究。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),通过测定一定条件放置下挥发油及其有机溶液中苍术酮峰面积,计算其剩余百分含量,求解各反应条件下的反应速率及半衰期。结果室外晴天、室外阴天水浴30℃、室外阴天、室内室温光照等条件下放置的挥发油有机溶液,其反应速率分别为0.3787,0.169,0.146,0.0452;半衰期分别为1.83,3.78,4.75,15.33h。挥发油在室外晴天、室内室温光照等条件下,其反应速率分别为0.0549,0.0227;半衰期分别为732.72,302.88h。结论挥发油及其挥发油有机溶液是不稳定的。光照、光照强度、温度等因素对其稳定性均有影响。光照强度是挥发油及挥发油有机溶液稳定性主要影响因素。Objective To study the illumination, intensity of illumination and temperature influencing the stability of volatile oils of A tractylodes macrocephala Koidz and its organic solution. Methods HPLC method was used to analyze the atractylon area in volatile oils and its organic solution under certain condition. Reaction velocity and half life parameters in different reacting conditions were obtained by calculating the percent content of remainder atractylon. Results The reaction velocities were 0.3787, 0.169, 0.146 and 0.0452 respectively and the half-lives were 1.83, 3.78, 4.75 and 15.33 h respectively when the volatile oil organic solutions were placed under the four different conditions: sunny outdoor weather, cloudy outdoor weather plus 30 Celcius water bath, cloudy outdoor weather and normal indoor temperature with illumination. The reaction velocities were 0.0549 and 0.0227 respectively, and the half life were 30.53 and 12.62 h respectively when the volatile oil were placed under the two different conditions: sunny outdoor weather and normal indoor temperature with illumination. Conclusion The volatile oil and its organic solution were unstable. The volatile oil stability was influenced by illumination, intensity of illumination and temperature. The intensity of illumination was the main impact on the volatile oil of A tractylodes macrocephala Koidz and its organic solution.
