摘　　要：通过对长连接板冲裁的工艺分析,阐述了一种有效降低冲裁力的方法,并且灵活运用这种方法解决了冲裁力过大的问题。设计了相应的复合模结构,可为类似零件的冲裁提供参考。Through analyzed the stamping process of the long connection plate, described an effective method to reduce blanking force, and flexible use of this method to solve the problem of excessive blanking force. The corresponding compound die design structure for similar part of the blanking reference.
