摘　　要：目的:了解中老年高血压患者知、信、行现状及影响因素,为防治高血压进一步开展健康教育提供理论依据。方法:随机抽取180例高血压患者,采用卫生部心血管防治中心统一制定的调查表进行调查,并测量血压、体重及腰围。结果:高血压患者对14项高血压知识的总知晓率为71.5%;吸烟率、饮酒率、缺乏体育锻炼率、超重率及肥胖率分别为28.9%、29.4%、25.6%、47.8%和15.6%。结论:中老年高血压患者对高血压知识有一定认识,但不够全面,应加强对社区高血压患者的健康教育。Objective： To understand the present situation relative factors of KAP （kowledge, Attitude, Practice） among middle-aged and old hypertension patients in order to provide a theoretical basis for health education about the prevention and cure of hypertension.Methods：180 hypertension patients were surveyed on questionnaires developed by the ministry of health cardiovascular prevention center by random sampling,and measure their blood pressure ,weight and waist circumstance. Results： the total awareness rate of 14 hypertension knowledge is 71.5% . smoking rate, drinking rate,lack of sports rate, overweight rate, obesity rate were 28.9% ,29.4%,25.6%,47.8% and 15.6% respectively. Conclusions： Since middle-aged and old hypertension patients have inadequate understanding on hypertension knowledge, the community health education about the prevention and cure of hypertension should be strengthened.
