灵芝煎剂对亚稀褶黑菇急性中毒大鼠肝脏保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨灵芝煎剂对亚稀褶黑菇中毒大鼠肝脏的保护作用。方法:用SD大鼠20只,随机分为4组:(1)空白组Ⅰ,采用生理盐水灌胃;(2)空白组Ⅱ,采用灵芝煎剂灌胃;(3)毒模组,采用亚稀褶黑菇毒素灌胃造模;(4)治疗组,采用亚稀褶黑菇毒素灌胃造模后,再用灵芝煎剂灌胃治疗,检测大鼠的存活情况、行为积分、肝脏生化指标和肝组织病理改变等指标。结果:实验所观测的指标包括实验动物的存活情况、行为积分、肝脏生化指标等,治疗组均明显优于毒模组(P<0.01)。病理检查结果从病理形态学角度证明,治疗组较毒模组肝脏细胞和组织损害明显减轻。结论:灵芝煎剂对亚稀褶黑菇中毒大鼠肝脏有明显的保护作用。Objective： To investigate the protective effect of Lingzhi decoction in the russula subnigricans acute poisoning of liver on SD rats. Methods： 20 female SD rats with russula subnigricans were ramdomly divided into 4 groups.The first is Normal group adopting N.S. for modeling by lavaging. The second is Lingzhi group adopting Lingzhi decoction for modeling by lavaging. The third is Model Ⅰ group control groups adopting russula subnigricans for modeling by lavaging. The fourth is Model Ⅱ group adopting russula subnigricans for modeling by lavaging , then adopting Lingzhi decoction for treatment. Examine living condition, behavior, liver biochemical indexes [including serum total bilirubin（STB）,serum direct bilirubin（SDB）, bile acids（BA）,alanine transaminase（ALT）,aspartate transaminase（AST） etc.] and pathological changes of the liver.Results： The surveying indexes of the experiment including living condition, behavior, liver biochemical indexes etc. shows Model Ⅱ group is superior to the Model Ⅰgroup（P0.01） .The results of pathological changes proves the damage of the cells and tissue of the liver of Model Ⅱ group is apparently much lighter than that of Model Ⅰ group pathologically and morphologically. Conclusions： The Lingzhi decoction plays a remarkable role in the protective effect of the acute russula subnigricans poisoning of the liver of SD rats.
