摘　　要：以2001—2008年的统计年鉴数据为基础,运用多元非线性回归分析方法,分析了以上海、北京、辽宁、广东和陕西为代表的我国东西南北中各地区的技术市场与其科研能力因素之间的相关关系。实证研究表明:科研能力水平与技术市场发展之间存在显著的相关关系,而且科研成果的质量及其转化能力、科技活动经费的筹集和研发支出情况是影响我国技术市场的关键因素,由此提出了进一步促进我国技术市场发展的若干前瞻性建议。Based on the data from the statistics yearbook from 2001 to 2008, this paper analyzes the relationship between scientific research capability and technology markets of the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern regions by using multiple non-linear re- gression analysis. This study shows that the level of the scientific research capability and the development of technology market do exist a significant relationship,and that the quality and transformation capability of scientific research, fund raising for scientific and technological are the key factors in the domestic technology market. Finally, several forward-looking recommendations in improving the development of China＇s technology market are proposed in this paper.
