摘　　要：在全球可持续发展的背景下,创业不再局限于经济领域,而是兼顾社会价值和环境价值的新课题。通过对国外绿色创业研究的梳理和提炼,本文依据经济机会和社会环境两个维度,结合内外因素的影响,构建了绿色创业者的区别模型,并在四类绿色创业者的划分基础上,对中国企业践行绿色创业的路径进行了分析和探讨,最后提出了推进中国绿色创业的对策和建议。Under the background of global sustainable development, entrepreneurship is a new topic that no longer confines to the economic sphere, but also relates to social values and environmental values. By sorting and refining the foreign studies of green entrepreneurs, this paper builds a different framework of green entrepreneurs according to two dimensions of economic opportunities and social environment, and combining with the influence of internal factors and external factors. Based on the difference four types of green entrepreneurs, this paper analyzes the practice of green entrepreneurs＇ paths. Finally, this paper proposes the measures and suggestions to promote green entrepreneurship in China.
