摘 要:探讨了原油储罐突发性燃烧引发的环境风险。结合项目特点确定最大可信事故,研究了燃烧污染物进入环境后的相关特征。根据相关文献,重点探究事故储罐原油燃烧速度、污染物排放量和烟气抬升高度的计算方法,并采用多烟团大气扩散模式对污染物的扩散范围进行模拟分析。In order to set down risk preventive measures and emergency plan of tank farm, and to minimaize the risk to a lowest level, the paper probe into the environmental risk of sudden combustion of tank farm. According to the features of the project, the maximum credible accident is defined, and the features of combustion pollutant entering into the atmosphere is studied. In the light of some literature, the calculation method of combustion speed, emission rate and uplifting height of smoke is discussed. Simultaneously, the range of dispersion of pollutant source is simulated and analysed through mode of atmospheric dispersion.
