摘 要:以北京鸭和法国杂交白番鸭为父母本材料,选育白羽半番鸭亲本专门化品系。结果表明:母系经过4个世代的选育,后代半番鸭A-B级的白羽率从19.55%提高到78.86%,A-C级白羽率从61.55%提高到99.17%;父系经过3个世代的选育,70日龄体重变异系数从12%下降到6%,种鸭150日龄体重♂4.94±0.27kg和♀2.75±0.16kg,父母系选育进展显著。同时表明研究所用的选育技术路线正确、有效和实用。On the paper, muscovy duck and beijing duck as breeding material were selected to breed specialied strains of parental generation of white-plumage mule duck. The result showed that after four generations selection, the white plumage rate of A-B degrees of mule duck was improved from 19.55 % to 78.86%, and that of A-C degrees from 61.55 % to 99.17%. After three generations selection, the variation coefficient of 70d body weight of muscovy duck was reduced from 12% to 6 %, and the 150 d body weight was 4.94±0.27 kg and 9 2.75±0.16 kg, respectively. These results indicated that breeding progress was significant and breeding technology was correct, effective and applied.
