摘　　要：医疗行业是一个高风险的行业,危机随时都有可能发生。近年来,人们对医疗行业的期望和要求不断提高,而医德教育松懈,医疗体制僵化,医患矛盾日益尖锐,各类医院危机事件层出不穷,医院危机管理显得日益重要。本文尝试从职能、人员构成、组织模式和权利配置4个方面探讨如何构建一支科学、高效的医院危机管理团队,使医院在应对危机事件时能够抢占先机,有效出击,合理应对,成功地化解危机事件。Medical industry is a high-risk industry and where crisis may occur any time.For the recent years,people have higher expectation and requirements to the medical industry.Problems of medical morality education and medical care system lead to more disputes between patients and doctors which became crisis in all kinds of hospitals.As part of the hospital management,crisis management appears particularly important.This article tries to discuss how to form and run a crisis management team in hospitals in term of function,personnel structure,organizational mode and rights allocation,to handle crisis more efficiently and more successful.
