摘　　要：《艾滋病防治条例》是我国目前专门针对艾滋病防治工作的级别最高的法律规范。该法规自实施以来,对艾滋病的防控工作确实起到了相当重要的作用,但实践中也暴露出一些问题,反应出该条例存在立法指导思想不科学、防控主体不完整以及对感染者权益保护力度明显不足之缺陷。＂AIDS Prevention Act,＂ is the highest level legal norms in Chinese current AIDS prevention and control works.Since implementation of the Act,it is indeed played an important role for AIDS prevention and control work,but some problems exposed accordingly in practice,reflecting the defect including the unscientific guiding ideology for legislation in the ordinance,the incomplete main infection of prevention and control,and apparently lacks of protection rights of those infected.
