摘　　要：探讨磁共振胰胆管造影（MRCP）在肝胆胰疾病的临床应用价值。我们使用SiemensMagnetomExpert1．0超导磁共振机对25例外科病人行MR胰胆管造影及常规MRI。结果，2例重度腹水者显示不良，2例胰胆管正常者及21例肝、胆、胰疾病患者均有良好胰胆管及异常显示，诊断正确性高。认为MRCP结合MRI是安全、可靠的非侵袭性检查方法，能全面准确地提供肝胆胰系统的解剖和病理改变，以提高诊断水平。To assess the clinical application value of MR cholangiopancreatography,25 patients withobstructive jaundice (19 cases) and other pancreatobiliang diseases (6 cases) were examined by MRCP andMRI. Result: In normal and apnornal binary treas and pancreatic ducts were well demonstrated in 23 cases,but 2 cases were not well demonstrated because water on the abdominis carum. The technique depicted abnormal image of various pancreatobillary diseases accurately. We think that MRCP could demonstrate thesite and extent of pancreatobiliary obstruction and the level and causes of obstruction more accuratelywhen combined with MRI. It is a reliable, simple and noninvasive method for depicting the pancreatic-bileducts.
