摘 要:为了探讨电针对佐剂性关节炎大鼠脊髓前强啡呔元mRNA表达的影响,运用原位杂交组织化学方法进行各组大鼠mRNA表达的定性和定量分析。结果表明:正常组大鼠脊髓未见明显的前强啡呔元mRNA表达,模型组大鼠则见前强啡呔元mRNA表达明显升高,电针组的表达进一步增加。光密度测定结果显示,模型组和电针组的脊髓前强啡呔元mRNA阳性细胞光密度值较正常组明显增加(P<O.01),电针组较模型组更为显著(P<0.01)。由此提示炎症刺激和电针可激活强啡呔能抗伤害系统,在脊髓水平对炎症刺激和痛觉过敏进行调制。In order to approach the effect of electro-acupuncturing on spinal prodynorphinon mRNA expression in rat with adjuvant arthritis. Applying insitus hybridization histochemistry method to qualitative and quantitative analysis the spinal prodynorphinon mRNA expression in each group. The results showed that the mRNA expresion wasn't significant in normal group, which raised obviously in model group, went further raised significantly in electro-acupuncture group. The ODS of positive cell in spinal prodynorphinon mRNA of model and electro-acupuncture groups were higher than that of normal(P < 0.01), the electro-acupuncture group was more significant than that of model group (P < 0.01). All these suggested that inflammation and electro-acupunturing could activate the dynorphin anti-injury system and regulate the inflammatory stimulation and hyperalgesia on the spinal level.
