摘　　要：主要介绍鞍山钢铁集团公司鲅鱼圈厚板厂5500生产线MES的开发经验,针对厚板生产线生产工序多、路径复杂,系统中物料数据信息跟踪难度大等特点,设计了系统主要功能,并详细说明了在系统设计中重点研究的几个特殊问题的处理办法,使读者了解厚板厂MES开发中运用的设计手段和实现方法,为钢铁厂生产制造执行系统研制开发提供借鉴。Development experiences of MES for 5500 production line in Bayuquan Heavy Plate Mill of Aushan Iron Steel Group Company is introduced.According to features of heavy plate production line with more production processes,couplex production routes and difficult tracking problem of material data information,the main functions of the MES were designed.Key problems and solutions in system design are described in detail.Design and implementation methodology in MES development of heavy plate mill are presented.It provides useful experience and lessons for research and development of MES in steel works.
